When my son reached the “what comes next” stage, he believed a four‑year college was the only real option, and when that didn’t feel right, he thought something was wrong with him. I felt that same uncertainty, not because he lacked potential, but because the information we needed was scattered and hard to navigate. Even with my background in recruiting and customer success — years spent helping people understand their options, recognize their strengths, and make confident decisions — finding clear, trustworthy guidance for students and young adults was far more confusing than it should’ve been.
As we explored technical colleges, hands‑on programs, and skilled pathways, the right options finally came into focus, and I watched his confidence return. SurePath exists because I lived this journey myself — and now I help families find the clarity and confidence I wish we had from the start, so teens and young adults can step into futures that genuinely fit who they are.
